Cell Regeneration

The Dream

The Reality

While this may seem like an extraordinary breakthrough, it would be rather useless if we all lived in a virtual universe where our bodies were nothing more than just programming. To a posthuman virtual entity the need for a biological body would prove to be too risky to its immortality. This will be helpful only to us “humans”.

New phone promo seems like a Trans-Alchemy product

We should be seeing more and more advertising like this as we press forward. The fusion of biology and silicon is a scientific dream that will one day be achieved, although I’m not enjoying the Terminator style aesthetic of this promo. In either case, sure, it would be interesting to see products such as phones that send conversations directly to your brain with no need of an earpiece, but will phone conversations be the ultimate end of such technology? The thought of establishing a two way communication with my brain and technology opens up a can of ethical worms for me. We already know that the government can and has wiretapped our phones, but with technology that monitors and transmits our brain signals would this open the possibility of my brain being wiretapped?

Or should i say (Braintapped) LOL

Get out of my Head!!! (screams)
Ok now im being silly but its soo much fun to speculate.
